The nighttime problem we are talking about is Snoring!! Yes, it is even a nightmare for most of the people now. Snoring is an audible sign of difficulty in breathing. But snoring can also be a symptom to a problem called OSA (Obstructive Sleep Apnea). Research has shown that children with at least one parent with a snoring condition are three times as likely to snore themselves. And interestingly it is found that African-American children are three times more prone to snoring than other races.
